Turnaround Time

Most items are completed within 3-7 days, not including weekends. For shipped orders, please expect up to 3 weeks to receive your order, depending on your location. Once items are completed they are shipped next day.

Rush Orders

Orders required within 48 hours is subject to a $5 rush charge, per item - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please message on Facebook or email us at laurenscustomdesigns@hotmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping

We currently only ship Canada-wide. Shipping is free on orders of $200 CAD.

Return / Exchange Policy

Every item is made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out by email at laurenscustomdesigns@hotmail.com.

Where is local pickup?

Local pickup is in Spruce Grove, AB.

Can I make changes to my order?

At this time, orders are unable to be changed once placed. Please confirm all items/sizes are correct before placing your order. If you have any questions before placing your order, please reach out on Facebook or email us.

Can I add to my order already placed?

I strive to complete your orders as quickly as possible and, therefore, we do not allow order add-ons at this time. We ask that you place another order.

Pre-Order Items

All in stock and Pre-Order items are processed together. If you are wanting your in stock items before pre-order items are expected to be in, please place your Pre-Order items separate from your In stock items. Please take note of Pre-Order ETA’s. No refunds are given for delays.

Sizing Recommendations

Please refer to the size charts before placing your order.

Adult T-Shirts are Unisex sizing. Men can stay with their normal size, women can size down for a more fitted look or stay with their normal size for a more room.

Crewneck Sweatshirts and Hooded Sweatshirts
Unisex sizing. It is recommended to stay true to size for men and size down for women for a more fitted look or stay with your normal size for an oversized fit.

Sweatshirts & Hoodies are 80% Cotton / 20% polyester Blend. These Sweatshirts and hoodies are oh so soft and beautiful on.
T-Shirts are 100% Cotton and are so beautiful on and super soft.

Youth T-Shirts, Crewneck Sweatshirts - These fit on the bigger side, so it is recommended to size down from your normal size or keep with your normal size for an oversized fit.

Toddler T-Shirts - These shirts are true to size.

Washing Recommendations

Apparel - To keep your image looking its best, we recommend to wash in cold water, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the image.

Tumblers / Mugs
For Vinyl or UVDTF - It is recommended to Hand Wash Only, do not soak, do not scrub.
For Sublimated designs - To keep your mugs / tumblers colors looking their best, it is recommended to Hand Wash when possible.
